1st project CGA

First week's going fast. Lectures combined with group work planned for the first 2 weeks, me being in a group with three girls. This is some conceptual style-idea exploration I did for the background scenario. It's going to be more indoor-orientated and not so caribbean ocean style. But here goes:

More to come later on.

Creature artwork - madureira-inspired

Creature-sketch done tonight. Inspired somewhat by Joe Madureira's style and Darksiders-artwork, especially the picture here

Funny thing is, when I looked and first found this picture of Madureira around half a year ago, I was in awe and thought I'd possibly be able to do this kind of stuff and artwork in maybe 10 years+ - however, feels like the dream's hopefully going to come true a bit earlier!

Sketchbook decoration

Felt like doing something different - picked up some picture of the mainstreet in Viborg from the newspaper (the mainstreet's currently being rebuilt) - putted some white paper behind it, started taped it onto the sketchbook - and then just went crazy with colorpencils, tusch, tape and materials. Wup - update

Update time here. This time it's going to feature a bit of selected sketchbookpieces aswell as my best works from my recent trip to Rome (5 days with family, got to do a bit of watercolour and pencil drawings ;-)  ).

Also this post's gonna feature a bit of croquis I did last night, after having a 2 1/2 month long break from live figure drawing (woaw, that's a really long time!), and hopefully I'm not totally out of practise.

Got really happy with this one, probably 3-5 hours work

This one was more like 2 hours practising funzie-quick one
